Most of the work is one-off, custom, or short-run production, so this role is best for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and complex machining rather than repetitive production
Program complex parts using Mastercam
Make edits and adjustments at the machine as needed
Set up and operate CNC machines, primarily Haas and Mazak
Work with mills, lathes, grinders, and related machining equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
Maintain quality, tolerance, and First Article requirements
Troubleshoot machine, tooling, programming, and production issues
Perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs
Help estimate production hours and support process improvements
This role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, using tools and machinery, working around loud equipment and moving machine parts, and occasionally lifting/moving heavy materials up to 100 lbs
