Overview

As a Thermoform Process Technician , you'll work with heated plastic sheets, molds, and vacuum-forming equipment to create high-quality products.
What You'll Do
Manufacture large-scale plastic components
Operate thermoforming equipment and vacuum systems
Work with heated, extruded plastic sheets and single-sided molds
Shape and form plastic materials to specifications
Maintain a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
Ensure quality and production standards are met
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing technician experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Stable work history with no significant employment gaps
Experience using hand and mechanical tools, including:
Allen/Hex Wrenches
Torque Wrenches
Socket Wrenches
Ability to stay active and work on your feet throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
Machine setup
Automation systems
Injection molding
Familiarity with:
Plastic processing
Manufacturing equipment operation
Schedule
1st Shift
Monday - Friday
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
30-minute lunch break
Optional Saturday overtime available
Work Environment
Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Auburn, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
