CNC Operator Day Shift $23-$26/hr East Metro!

Express Employment Professionals in Woodbury is hiring CNC Operators for a growing woodworking manufacturer in the East Metro. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and a consistent day shift.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM

Pay: $23-$26/hour

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce wood and composite doors.

Install glass, door bottoms, and other door components.

Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.

Stage completed doors for production and shipping.

Support the finish department as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Safe work habits in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

Woodworking or cabinet manufacturing

Trim carpentry

Routers, miter saws, or table saws

Exterior door manufacturing
